GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read carefully and be sure you understand our Terms & Conditions Your purchase and use of GJ HILL Personal Training ltd facilities implies that you have read and accepted the below Terms & Conditions. These terms may change at any time under our discretion without prior notice.
1. Introduction
Your agreement is with the owners and your Trainers at the facility trading under GJ HILL PERSONAL TRAINING LTD GJ AND M FITNESS; Sasha Hill, Gary-John Hill and Mitchell Price
You are asked to pay special attention to the provisions related to liability, cancellations, and rolling classes membership.
2. Trainers
GJ is a fully qualified level 4 Personal Trainer with a wealth of sporting knowledge and performance based experience. Gary has been lifting for more than 15 years and can help you move better, gain strength, recover better and improve no matter your health and fitness goals
Mitchell Price has been involved in sport his whole life and has come from a professional background in sport. with 20 years experience in the fitness industry Mitchell can help you to improve your fitness and your sport performance.
Sasha is fully qualified in Sports Nutrition and Personal Training. She has a passion for the fitness industry and would love to help you on your journey to health goals.
3. Trainer's Obligations
Gj and Sasha will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe programe of exercise that will include exercises that can be modified if needed to suit client's abilities no matter there staring point.
You understand that the results of any fitness programme cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and co-operation in and outside of the classes. In particular you acknowledge that individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed.
All Client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.
4. Your Obligations
YOU are required to show up and put in the work 100%
You are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
You are required to complete a waiver on sign up and you understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform Sasha and GJ of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that Fitness Boutique is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or intentional act.
Gj Sasha and Mitchell cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions, but will do their best to assist with known concerns so you can still et the best from the FITNESS LAB.
5. Payment
Payment for casual classes must be made at the time of booking/ attendance.
Acceptable forms of payment are: by prior agreement by internet bank transfer, Direct Debit (please see Direct Debit options on the app), credit card through the APP or cash paid directly to your Trainer prior to class starting.
Passes must be paid for in advance & are valid from date of purchase for a period of time only as stated on the booking app.
6. Rolling Unlimited and Limited Classes Membership
You acknowledge that you pay your per week/ month or set period membership 1 week in advance.
You agree to pay any missed payment fees upon the payment system terms and conditions and this is not in the control of FITNESS LAB.
Any classes attended before commencement of membership payment will require an additional payment at the casual rate PER CLASS
Memberships cannot be transferred to or used by anyone else.
It is understood that if you are a rollover booking for a class, that you must give a minimum of 1 hours notice when cancelling. YOU WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU DONT ADHERE TO THIS NOTICE PERIOD.
You acknowledge that while your membership entitles you to attend classes and additional training sessions run by The Fitness Lab, they may be cancelled due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances and some special classes will require a small additional fee which will be specified on booking.
FREE CLASSES are one time offers only by STAFF and offered on a trial basis for classes at THE FITNESS LAB.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
At least 1 hours notice of cancellation for a pre-booked Casual class is required.
Notice of less than 1 hours and un-attended classes without notice of cancellation will require full payment of the class fee for CASUAL ATTENDEES.
Unforeseen events will be taken into consideration on the day.
Once purchased, your Sessions are non-refundable.
7. Health and Safety
a FIRST AID kit is onsite and basic first AID will be given as required. It is understood members and guests are responsible for their own welfare overall and EMERGENCY SERVICES will be called as required.
8. Liability
GJ HILL PT and GJ and M fitness trading shall not be liable for any loss or injury attributable to:
i. the Client's fault;
ii. events which GJ ,Sasha and Mitch could not have foreseen, even if they had taken reasonable care.
iii. we are not liable for loss or damage to your property.
iv GJ HILL PERSONAL TRAINING and GJ and M Fitness is not liable if you ignore recommendations, at any time, to seek medical advice.
9. Intellectual Property
Any marketing, educational or other materials, including the Company's programmes and/or any variations thereto and its nutrition services materials, made available to you will at all times is subject to copyright.
You undertake to use such materials only for your own personal development and not to copy, publish or reproduce any such materials.
10. General
GJ HILL PT and GJ AND M FITNESS LTD has the right to change these Terms and Conditions, for example, to be able to offer new services or as required by law.
You are responsible for keeping all your contact information and marketing preferences up to date with your Trainer.
Children under 14 should not be on the gym floor and are the responsibility of the parent, the gym is not responsible.
Do not let anyone else through door. Everyone swipes.
No maxing out after hours. Use a spotter
Your training may be filmed or pictures taken for marketing purposes. Your participation in a class means you may be asked to consent to photography, filming and sound recording which may include you as a Client and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
